The Old Woolen Mill is approximately 180,000 sq ft facility covering three city blocks in the heart of Cleveland, Tennessee.

Our future developments are being designed to service and accommodate Cleveland's growing economy which can be seen from the expansion of Lee University, the Whirlpool/Maytag merger, and the recently announced Volkswagen Plant. 

 We, therefore, envision a large residential loft and condominium center with a mix of commercial and professional office space conveniently located near both ends of the complex. 

We also anticipate expanding our popular event center, The Weaver's Room, in order to serve as one of the largest event centers in the area.
